WordPress pingback_ping encoding issue

function pingback_ping()

Language and charset of source page are not taken into account, so as XPress.

I am going to make some patch for XPress then for standalone WordPress Chinese users.

Another problem, not related to charset but PHP 4.4 compatibility.

There will be a patch for XPress’ed WordPress soon, hopefully named after XPress 1.52 PHP version.

More than two users have reported that they were not able to connect ( 邀请)

According to what happened to blogger/wikipedia and even SourceForge, banned by China is just a matter of time. However, it happens too soon.
